Adam Boatsman and brother-in-law Dale Gillmore found Boatsman Gillmore & Associates in Charlotte and Huntersville, NC.
Boatsman Gillmore & Associates purchases Council CPA of Charlotte, NC.
Boatsman Gillmore & Assoc. and Wagner Noble & Co. PLLC combine to form Boatsman Gillmore Wagner in November.
Boatsman Gillmore Wagner receives Spirit of Entrepreneurship Award from Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce.
February 2015: Firm name changes to BGW CPA, PLLC to embody our core values of Balance, Growth, Wisdom.
May 2015: BGW CPA, PLLC acquires Todd A Webb PLLC in Hendersonville, NC. BGW begins Hendersonville operations.
