Strategic Planning Impact Seminar Presented by David Norman

February 2012

Strategic Planning Impact Seminar Presented by David Norman"It takes as much energy to wish as it does to plan." – Eleanor Roosevelt

We all know we should do strategic planning.  Some of us actually do it.  Few of us actually stick with it.  Learn how to develop and build consensus around a strategic planning initiative and how to monitor its success at our next Impact Seminar.

Join us on February 29th at 8am as we host a follow up seminar to Jim Dunn's presentation "Make 2012 Your Best Year Ever." David Norman, Charlotte native and a chairman with Vistage – the world's leading CEO organization, will enthrall us with his collective experience in what works in creating strategic plans, what doesn't work, and most importantly, how to stick to it.

The session will be held from 8am to 9:30am and a light breakfast will be provided. To reserve your seat at the seminar, please respond to Megan Paton (mpaton@trustbgw.com). For those who cannot make it to our office, please join us via webinar. Information to register for the webinar is below.

Location: Charlotte Office of Boatsman Gillmore PLLC – 1435 West Morehead Street, Suite 120, Charlotte, NC 28208

If you are unable to attend in person, please register for our webinar by visiting https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/592769862. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. System Requirements: PC-based attendees – Windows® 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server, Macintosh®-based attendees – Mac OS® X 10.5 or newer.

And for all of us who said our 2012 goal was to "grow" I came across another great quote – "growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell."

Thanks, and we look forward to seeing you.
